The Sama Yoga House 200hr Online YTT blends the wisdom of traditional yoga with alignment, anatomy, sequencing, meditation, and philosophy. Guided by experienced teachers, this training supports you in deepening your practice while developing the confidence and clarity to teach safely and authentically.
Our curriculum includes vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, pranayama, meditation, subtle body foundations, the 8 limbs, the chakras, anatomy and so much more. You’ll receive a balanced mix of recorded flows and practices as well as engaging lectures.
