Christine Anderson

Christine found her away to the life changing practice of yoga as an unruly teen in the suburbs of Chicago. She was an avid Ashtangi before she discovered her passion and love for the creativity of power and vinyasa flow. Christine is an uplifting yoga instructor who’s passion is teaching Bhakti Vinyasa-based classes that focus on devotion, breath, alignment and yoga philosophy.
Her vinyasa flow classes will leave you with a sweaty glow and sense of release, while her restorative classes & gong baths will have you feeling blissed and grounded. Christine carries over 1000 hours in yoga & fitness education and loves to teach and share in the world of retreats and yoga trainings.
Gioconda Parker

A little over 25 years ago Gioconda Parker stepped onto her yoga mat—which quickly led to a new life path. Facing personal challenges, she found both the inner peace and grounded strength to change her life.
This transformational experience of yoga called her to deepen her studies in yoga, ayurveda, and philosophy, and eventually leading her first teacher training at a prestigious Austin studio.
An eternal student, Gioconda also holds a Master's in Spiritual Psychology and is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Teaching various yoga disciplines, meditation, and pranayama, she shares her broad knowledge globally through retreats and trainings. Everything in her path has led her to being a founder of Sama Yoga House.
Pradeep Teotia

Pradeep was born and raised in a small village outside of New Delhi, India. He is an internationally acclaimed Yoga teacher, healer and spiritual activist known for his empowering and transformational approach to Yoga, Healing and Spirituality.
Pradeep’s Teaching draws on the depth of the Yoga tradition, Bhakti, Raja Yoga and all forms of universal light, love and wisdom.
Cole Chance

Cole has been a seeker all her life. It brought her to the depths of addiction, to all corners of the world, to the path of yoga, and most importantly, back home to herself. Through her practice she began to unravel, explore & understand the most fascinating of all landscapes – the inner one.
Cole believes in utilizing curiosity and intellect, both mental and somatic, to peel back our many layers and find more freedom in our lives. Her teachings are a modge podge of playful sequencing, Yoga and Buddhist philosophy, all on a bedrock of compassionate self-inquiry.
She believes a more mindful path should be available to everyone so which led her to teach in various capacities, from yoga studios to rehabs, from luxury retreat centers to prisons.
Gustavo Padron

Gustavo, a yoga and meditation teacher, personal trainer, and author based in Austin, Texas, discovered the transformative power of yoga while healing from a hamstring injury during his pursuit of a medical career. For the past decade, he has been uplifting his community through joyful movement, soothing meditations, and light-hearted classes.
Beyond the mat, Gustavo serves as a mindset coach, passionately helping individuals reshape their thoughts and overcome limiting beliefs with the tools from his published journal, "grounded practice." When not teaching or coaching, he can be found writing wellness blogs at a coffee shop or enjoying time at the park with his lively goldendoodle, Bayley.
Varisa Phongthan-anant

Varisa, is a yoga teacher, a flexibility coach for adidas runners club, and author of " Yoga for Runners" book in Thailand. For the past decade, she has been teaching in Texas and Thailand. She currently teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha classes in Thailand. Her classes focus on the principles of core strength, balance, alignment, stretch, meditation and a sense of peace. Her goal in teaching yoga is to support students in finding the practice that best suits each one of them.
Zoe Thompson

Zoe is a dancer, yoga instructor, and holistic health coach based in Encinitas, CA. With over a decade of teaching experience, her daily intention is to uplift those around her and help to empower others to find joy in the beauty of movement and their own unique self expression.
After years of dancing ballet, an injury forced Zoe to re-examine how she was caring for her body, and she credits yoga for helping her to regain her strength and confidence. It’s this appreciation for movement and health that has motivated her towards a career in teaching and sharing the joy of yoga with others.
She is an E-RYT 500 instructor and NACEP Lead Yoga Training Facilitator who loves teaching teachers and is committed to being a student first, a student always! When Zoe isn't teaching or coaching, you can find her surfing with her husband, or taking long hikes with their pup, Maui.
Govind Das

Govind Das is a California-based Bhakti yoga teacher, kirtan singer and his spiritual name suggests -"servant of the divine". He is the co-director/owners of Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica CA. Govind Das's commitment to Bhakti yoga and the ideals of love, service, and devotion is the essence which is reflected and transmitted through his teachings and music. His intention is to share yoga in the spirit of celebrating life and well being and developing a personal and intimate connection with Source. He leads evenings of kirtan, bhakti yoga workshops, presents at festivals and leads transformative retreats throughout the world. Govind Das and his family live in the hills of Pacific Palisades, outside of Los Angeles CA overlooking the Great Pacific Ocean.
Liz Terry

Liz is a Vinyasa, Yin teacher, and a Yoga Teacher Trainer since 2013, as well as a Certified Rolfer™ who loves to marvel in the magic of life, especially when it comes to movement and guiding others out of pain.
Having studied with YogaWorks in 2008 for her 200hr in southern California, with the world-renowned Michel Besnard in Thailand in 2011 for her 300hrYTT, Liz has a diverse amount of knowledge to share, including mayo-fascial release and applied anatomy.
In 2011 Liz moved half way around the world to Dubai, UAE in the Middle East, and has studied with teachers from all over the world. She’s taught several 200YTT programs in Dubai as well as in Japan, and supports YTT programs back in Denver, Colorado where she currently resides. Her classes challenge the idea of what asana is, allowing her students to explore and empower themselves by learning what their bodies and minds can do.
Akshay Bhat

Akshay began his yoga journey in India when he was young at a Gurukula (a Vedic yoga school). He personally experinced the transformation of yoga physically, mentally and emotionally leading him to pursue a degree in yogic sciences.
His passion and focus is sharing the healing practices of Hatha yoga, the Yoga Sutras, meditation and Vedic Mantras. He has been teaching in trainings in both India and Bali and seeks to be a forever student.
Alyona Skvortsova

Alonya is originally from Ukraine and has been living in Bali for the past three years. Over last 17 years, she received a scientific education as a medical doctor as well as a traditional Yoga educator in India. Since her teens, she has been teaching yoga practitioners (privately, seminars, retreats, YTT) all around the world (Europe, India, Turkey, Bali, etc.) She specializes in combining modern sciences like anatomy, physiology, physiotherapy and traditional yoga methods like Vipassana meditation, Yoga philosophy, Tantra, Pranayama and Ayurveda, Hatha and Flow yoga.
Tavo Grijalva

Tavo, from Costa Rica is a qualified and experienced wellness instructor, certified as a Yoga Teacher, personal Trainer and Mobility Specialist with over 9 years of experience teaching. He has combined all his education into holistic approach through his anatomical background and focus on mindful movement and injury prevention.
He leads group and private lessons, hosts international workshops and retreats within Central America, US and Italy, and has co-managed two successful yoga studios.
Radhika Mukhija

Radhika was born and raised in India with yoga and consciousness and has been living in the States for the past 17 years. She holds a degree in psychology, masters in human resource and is a certified yoga teacher, health and life coach.
Her being emanates wisdom and radiates presence, peace and focus. She teaches Ayurveda for modern day living, yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation. Her focus is on creating equanimity and harmony for both mind and body.
