Yes, we do! $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. Afterwards, you can pay in installments as long as the full tuition is complete 30 days prior to the start of your course.
We encourage at least 6 months- 1 year of yoga practice prior to joining our yoga trainings.
Our classes are designed for all levels and we design our daily schedule with several breaks to create space for rest and integration. Our schedule also shifts between movement and lecture, and discussion to allow for more balance throughout the day. We have a vast age range of students who join us, from 20 to 70 years old, with the average age around 25-40.
Nope! We welcome all walks of life and believe that everyone would benefit from take 3 weeks off of life to dive into this transformative journey.
Nope! We provide yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and blankets (if you wish to bring your own, you’re more than welcome!)
Yes, you will be able to check emails and stay connected with your loved ones. However, we do encourage you to give yourself time and space to unplug for the external demands of life.
All our teachers are seasoned with 10+years of teaching experience. Every training will have 2-3 teachers involved to provide various styles and approaches to give you a well rounded experience.
Depending on the venue we range from 18-25 students with 2 teachers per training.

Sales are final and non-refundable but you can always transfer to a future date or an online course.
Due to the advance financial commitments required to secure venues, lodging, staffing, and materials, all sales are final.
However, if you are unable to attend your registered training or retreat, your payment may be transferred to a future training or retreat offered within 12 months of the original program start date, subject to the following conditions:
- Written notice must be provided at least 20 days prior to the program start date.
- The transfer may be applied one time only.
- The participant is responsible for any price difference if the future program has a higher tuition rate.
- Transfers are not valid for cash refunds or credit card reimbursements.
If a participant cancels within 14 days of the program start date or fails to attend, the payment is forfeited and not eligible for transfer.
In the unlikely event that the training or retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive either:
- A full refund of tuition paid, or
- The option to transfer funds to a future program.
The organizer is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, lodging booked independently, or other personal expenses incurred.
By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Health & Safety:
Environmental Awareness & Assumption of Risk
Our in-person trainings and retreats may take place in environments that include, but are not limited to:
- coastal, jungle or rural climates
- Variable weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, altitude)
- Natural terrain (uneven ground, dirt paths, rocks)
- Stairs or multi-level accommodations
- Presence of insects or wildlife
Participants are responsible for reviewing location details prior to registration and assessing their personal physical readiness for the environment.
By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they understand the nature of the environment and assume responsibility for their health, mobility, and well-being during the program.
Personal Health Responsibility
Participants agree to:
- Disclose relevant injuries or medical conditions that may impact participation.
- Practice personal discernment during physical practices.
- Seek appropriate medical clearance if needed prior to attending.
- Take full responsibility for their participation in all activities.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if a condition presents a safety concern for the individual or group.
