21 day Yoga Teacher Training

You’ll have 3 dedicated, highly experienced 500 E-RYT trainers guiding you through your 21 day journey. Your learning will be a balance of modern and traditional techniques. You’ll have 3 days off during the course of your training to explore the area, get a massage or go on an expedition.

While excursions are not included in your tuition, the surrounding areas offer a wide array of activities and excursions. We have relationships with excellent guides for numerous activities and can facilitate reservations and transportation.

Tirta Empul Water Temple

Tirta Empul is a large temple complex and it takes at least 30 minutes to an hour to explore the entire site. There are four main parts to the temple. As soon as you pay the entrance fee for the temple you walk through the large stone Balinese doorway and arrive in the central courtyard of the temple. This area of the temple is called ‘Jaba Pura.’

Explore Ubud

On your days off, enjoy walking throughout Ubud. It's filled with temples, shops, restaurants, spas and so much more.

Monkey Forest

The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is a nature reserve and temple complex in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It is also known as the Ubud Monkey Forest. The Sanctuary is home to over 1260 long-tailed macaques, who are considered sacred by the local Balinese people.

The Campuhan Ridge Walk

The Campuhan Ridge Walk is one of the most popular natural trails in Bali, and it’s a scenic trek along a ridge line above a beautiful lush and green valley below.

Area you registered with Yoga Alliance?

We sure are! We have both 200hr and 300hr.

What is the difference between your 200 hour and 300 hour?

Our 200hr is the introduction to yoga teacher training great for any curious yoga practitioner. The 300hr is for anyone who has already completed a 200hr. It is an advanced training that dives into more nuanced details and additional styles.

What level of experience is needed for the 200 hour?

We encourage at least 6 months of yoga practice prior to joining our yoga trainings.

Are there prerequisites for the 300 hour?

Yes, you must complete your 200 hour training beforehand. The 300 hour is an advanced training.

QuestionWill I be able to keep up with the amount of yoga?

Our classes are designed for all levels and we design our daily schedule with several breaks to create space for rest and integration. Our schedule also shifts between movement and lecture, and discussion to allow for more balance throughout the day.

Is the training only for people who want to become yoga teachers?

Nope! We welcome all walks of life and believe that everyone would benefit from take 3 weeks off of life to dive into this transformative journey.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can structure your own payment plan with Shop Pay at check out.

Do I need My own Yoga Props?

Nope! We provide yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and blankets (if you wish to bring your own, you’re more than welcome!)

Is there WIFI available on the property?

Yes, you will be able to check emails and stay connected with your loved ones. However, we do encourage you to give yourself time and space to unplug for the external demands of life.

Who are your teachers?

All our teachers are seasoned teachers with 10+years of teaching experience at the E-RYT 500 level.

Do you have ongoing support once training is complete?

We sure do! We want to support our students as we are strong believers in community.

How do I get to the venue?

We got you! You book your flights and we will help coordinate your transportation.

Are all meals included?

What is the cancellation policy?

Refunds are available up to 15 days after purchase. This will not be available 30 prior to training. If you need to cancel after the refund period, we can move your training to another date.
