Begin your coursework on the Sama app, then complete your certification with a 10 day in person training covering vinyasa, restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama, anatomy and foundational yoga philosophy.

Practice in an open-air jungle shala, recharge with a pool, saunas and cold plunge, and spend your days off surfing, chasing waterfalls or exploring one of Costa Rica's most beautiful coastlines. Our experienced teachers create a supportive and inspiring space for self-inquiry, growth, and transformation, alongside a like-minded global community.

Every training includes 1 year of free access to the Sama app, our virtual shala, with daily practice, training manuals and the full 200 hour curriculum before and after your training.
